AAHomecare’s primary mission is to fight for sustainable reimbursement rates from Medicare, state Medicaid authorities, and other significant payers, to maintain and strengthen patient access to HME, and to advocate for sensible federal and state regulatory policies that acknowledge the tremendous value the HME industry offers as cost-effective partners in care.

The HME industry has worked together to secure some important policy wins over the past few years, led by our member-driven association that is focused on delivering policy results that will allow the HME industry to provide exceptional service to patients, caregivers, and communities for years to come.
